Ignite a new problem-solving approach with On team in Ho Chi Minh City
Following the success of our 1st training in Hanoi, we were excited to bring our immersive problem-solving approach to the On Running team in Ho Chi Minh City.
Training focus
This second training session continued to emphasize experiential learning through engaging group discussions, debates, and peer coaching activities.
Our collaboration
We were impressed by how each participant tackled our case study, applying structured problem-solving and critical thinking to generate insightful discussions and fresh perspectives. The team pushed each other to delve deeper into the topics while remaining an open-minded and empathetic environment.
[What is your key takeaway of the critical thinking session?] “The training helps me learn to provide a benchmark to measure every target.”
[Applying critical thinking, what will you do differently?] “I will try to have a multi-dimensional perspective and control personal emotion before making a decision.”
The team also engaged in peer coaching sessions to experience how a growth mindset can stretch them beyond what they think possible. We hope to equip the On team with both the theory and practical approach, enabling them to reach new personal and professional heights!
[What is your key takeaway of the growth mindset session?]
1. “By being coach/coachee, we can practice to grow our mindset, expand the idea and motivate.”
2. “Viewing challenges as opportunities for growth rather than obstacles helps build encourages continuous learning”
